The KALI Gallery in Lucerne is showing the young Swiss artist Jason Rohr (* 1999) for the first time in a solo exhibition. His most recent works are presented under the title “Second Sun”, which deal with the desire for technology, progress, omniscience and immortality and which are shown through the medium of painting. In his artistic work, Jason Rohr often uses forms of romantic poetry and classical tragedy with visual content from digital and consumer culture.
